Everything about my time in your shop was pleasant. I parts I needed were ordered ahead of time and were ready, there was no waiting period before my car was serviced. The staff was friendly and even the seating was comfortable. One of the best half hours I ever spent at a auto shop.

Each time I take my vehicle to be serviced at Prairie Road Automotive, I am greeted by the friendliest people and they always have my vehicle ready in the time frame that they have quoted me. On top of that, they are always very honest and up front with me about any and all underlying issues with my vehicle and I know that I can trust them when they make recommendations on products and services. I won't take my car anywhere else.

Awesome turn around time on a service of a Jeep Cherokee. I was able to enjoy a lunch at the neighboring establishment and make my afternoon appt in Pleasant Hill. Your the best!!

A very good shop! Always friendly staff, and fair pricing for repairs. Have been to them twice for my `06 Pontiac G6. My car needed some repairs that I had neglected for far too long and they were able to get my car looked over and running right! I knew my car would probably need a team of people to fix it and Prairie Road is a big 5 bay garage to put my worries at ease. Each time I`ve been there the lot is always full of different vehicles that need work- a good sign because bad businesses never get constant work as they do. Be warned though that they will rarely be able to look at your car on the day you call because they are so busy. Make plans to call at least a day in advance. A++

Prairie Road Automotive did a great job fixing my car!

Went in for an oil change and the crew noticed my brake light was out. They remembered they had just changed it in January, so checked to make sure the light was grounded correctly rather than just changing the bulb. It turned out to be just the bulb, but I appreciate that they went the extra mile to make sure everything was working correctly.

Prairie Road Automotive did a great job on my car. They're very reliable and friendly. I'd return for future services.
