Hi there, I just wanted to send a belated Thank You for repairing my headlights when I could not afford it. That could not have been better timing or more appreciated. On my trip home for christmas I was first headed to a dear old friends home on a remote lake. I got lost in the dark, frosty, fog and cannot imagine how much worse it could have been with them in the sad shape they were in before you so generously fixed them. The customer service I receive from Prairie Road automotive is always excellent! I appreciate that they will transfer me to work and back and all the feedback that I get about what was needed and what was done & the level of understanding given is great!

Short of pulling the engine and transmission to fix the oil leaks, Prairie Road Automotive found all the leaks and saved us a lot of $$$. Then when they could not reach us by phone, the radiator Trans cooler fittings were leaking and was replaced for free. Then the rear brakes I thought needed replacing, and when the inspection was done they said only the brake cylinders needed to be replaced as it was seeping onto the brake shoes, saving us even more $$$.
