I knew I was getting streaks on the windows, but despite my husband's nagging, I really wasn't taking the time to get my windshield wiper blades replaced. Sean warned me that I was running the risk of missing something that could cause an accident. That was the motivation I needed. The service was quick, easy and solved my problem so I can see clearly, even in the rain.

This was my first time at Prairie Road Automotive and it was wonderful! They did everything I asked and let me know what had to be fixed and what didn't. They in no way attempted to over charge me or fix things that didn't need to be fixed. After all my experiences with automotive shops it feels great to finally have somewhere I can trust to be honest while giving me high quality costumer service! I won't take my van anywhere else!

They went out of their way to minimize the work needed to get me back on the road. There was a snafu on an ordered part that only delayed the repair by a day, but they were in contact with me so that was never an issue. Informative, friendly, pros. Nice service!

They do excellent work at reasonable prices, with a great guarantee, keep me informed and give me choices, don't reccommend work until it's needed. I trust and rely on their honesty and integrity.

This is the best shop in town, I am a single lady that had friends work on her truck but was never happy with the results. When my truck started to overheat on the way to work one day. I called Prairie Rd as they do the work on our company vans. They got me right in... call a short time later with an estimate. They came in under the estimate and had it done way before I expected it the next day. As I said...great place and so trustworthy that I have already suggested friends go there!!!
