I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days . the office staff are very friendly and helpfull and explain all procedures and answer all questions clearly and honestly. When I arrived at 8am I was given a ride several miles to my job. I rode my bicycle back in the afternoon and my vehicle was done and it cost under $200. I have been a customer of Dan Bryans for many years and am happy to find my old friends at the Prairie road shop.

I know these guys have a busy schedule, so I was expecting a 4+ day turn around. Next thing you know I received a phone call then they were at my home in 15 min picking up my van. They even gave me a ride to pick up another vehicle in the neighborhood so I could have transportation for the day.Then I received a call they could finish the work by the days end! This experience was beyond my expectations so I am very pleased. Thanks Guys!!!

I feel that Prairie Road Automotive does quality work, and is honest with its customers about what needs to get done vs. what can wait. The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is because sometimes they can charge more for repairs than other shops. I am overall quite satisfied with my experience(s) with Prairie Road Automotive.
