I find all the folks at PRA to be honest frendly and professional every visit. I have found a rare thing in todays auto repair business... HONESTY!! They are truly pepole of intregrity. I recomend them to everyone!

The Toyota dealership told me that I would need to replace my rear brakes very soon. I knew about Prairie Road Automotive from my BNI group and decided to have them check it out. Bill was on duty and I felt welcomed and listened to with care, even though he was busy and short staffed. Turns out all that was required was a $50 clean-up of the brakes and not the $180 estimate that Toyota gave me. So I saved $130 with a pleasant visit and pop corn thrown in.
