When I drove away from the service appointment I could just tell my car was happy and driving extra smooth. Everyone working there knows what they are talking about and the wait was brief. They have computers for every kind of car. No more BMW serving for me.

I am always glad that I went to Prairie Road Automotive and would recommend them to anyone. My car is from 1998 and they take very good care of it. I was last there for an oil change and they checked all the lights - and found that one of them was out. They remembered they had changed the bulb in January 2011 and proceeded to make sure the light itself was working correctly before just changing the bulb. I feel better driving my older car after they've looked it over. Good pricing too.

Several neighbors recommended Prairie Road Automotive years ago and I've just been a customer for a year, but I have been so satisfied. I'm only sorry I didn't have this pleasant experience years ago! I feel I am getting an honest opinion,the service has been prompt and efficient and "no hidden" costs as was the case with my previous companies. My car needs are taken care of but no unnecessary repairs. The shuttle service, if needed, is most efficient. I highly highly recomend this business to anyone needing automotive care.
