Brake job was a good price, fast and convenient.

A week before our trip in our 1993 motorhome we found that the generator would not run. The boys at Prarie Road Automotive were able to locate the problem as a defective fuel pump and find the part quickly. The fuel pump was replace and our trip was saved. We were amazed that they were able to fix a problem that was not really automotive related, required a special order part and was difficult to get at and work on. They all went the extra mile to get it up and running in just a few days.

You can always count on Prairie Road to provide fast and honest service. Ive been only going to Prairie Road for about 2 years. I needed to find a different shop for our company vehicles because a bad experience I had with another shop and found them to be honest and they provided work they stood behind with a guarantee. Now I count on them for my personnel vehicles and have been very pleased. Thank you Shawn (mechanic) and Clint the scheduler and the go to guy and rest of the staff. By the way they have a clean shop too.

I started going to Prairie Road Auto a few yrs ago for my '97 Saturn after the Saturn dealership closed. I'm really glad I found this shop, which was on a AAA approved list. They've done a good job every time I've been there, quickly, at reasonable costs. They don't pressure me to do more work, like some shops I've tried. They are friendly and professional and have provided quick service. I recently ripped the driver's side view mirror off my car, so I took it by the shop. Within a couple hours, I had an estimate in my email in box with three part options - new, used, or after market. I like that they are "high tech" in providing documents by email, and you can make appts online. They also once pointed out on a repair statement that two of my tires badly needed replacing. I didn't even realize they were almost bald, and quickly had them replaced. They did a courtesy inspection and found only a few regular maintenance items to recommend taking care of. I have to say, I was nervous about finding a new shop for my car maintenance, but this shop has earned my trust. I highly recommend them.

Our Bionic Neon is kept in tip top shape thanx to you guys. He goes by the name of Rupert and loves the attention you give him at each visit. Every issue I was concerned with was addressed and VERY quickly. I have referred many people to you folks and will continue to do so.
