We took our Jeep in because we thought the starter was acting up. Well the PR guys tried to start the thing for a week and it worked every time. They kept us informed all the time and they were very promt in calling us back. After they checked it out and found nothing we went and got it. No time pressure and we were reassured all was well. Thank you all so much. I will keep coming back!

As per the suggestion, I paid a visit to the local Les Schwab and complained about the battery cables not being tightened. With a look of shock on my face, they did refund me $85.42!!!! I am so glad "someone" suggested the visit!!!! Thank you so much

My renewal sticker for the next oil change only put it out there 5k miles and it should be 12k for my 2003 Mercedes. Just a note.
