I feel that Prairie Road Automotive does quality work, and is honest with its customers about what needs to get done vs. what can wait. The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is because sometimes they can charge more for repairs than other shops. I am overall quite satisfied with my experience(s) with Prairie Road Automotive.

What a great experience to have the work done on my car in a minimum of time (and time is of the essence), the price was the same or less than most places I have been! Loved the friendly atitude of the people in the ofice!!
As ALWAYS friendly, curteous service. Staff goes out of its way to accomondate your needs whether its a ride home or working you in if needed. Nice that you are in one location now. Kathy is a nice addition to Prairie Road and is a pleasure to deal with.
