Auto Repair Eugene

My jeep was having problems starting...only when it was with me. It was with PR Auto for a week and started every time for them. I took it home and the next time it acted up I had them out to my house for a look praying that it would NOT start for them too. Sure enough they figured out what the problem was, took it with them to their shop and fixed it within 24hrs. Great service and free popcorn all in one place, how can you beat that! Thank you Prairie Road Automotive.

I called unexpectedly on a Friday afternoon because my car started making an unusual noise. Although they said they did not have time to work on the car that afternoon, they told me to go ahead and bring it in so they could see what the problem was. Luckily, they discovered that my A/C compressor was smoking before it lit on fire! They also fixed it so that I could drive it the same day. And they quickly gave me an estimate for repairs that was made lower with a used part over a new one. I've only been there a few times, but have a very favorable opinion and appreciate the quick service they were able to give me on a Friday afternoon.
