I'm totally impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and excellent work. As a female, I've often struggled finding an automotive shop that took me seriously and I haven't had a shop that I trusted in many, many years. Finding Prairie Road Automotive is another reason I'm glad I moved to Eugene!! After a recent unexpected ignition problem, they did what they said they would do and charged much less then expected. Then they went above and beyond and detailed repairs that would be needed soon and are coming up with quotes for the service and prioritizing what is most important to be done first. Everything is written out clearly. I am so impressed with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
