Prairie Automotive was really fast with their evaluation, very truthful and explained everything they thought they could about the condition of my car. I was impressed. The work was excellent and I can now drive confidently knowing the work was done correctly.

I've been taking my car to Prairie Rd Automotive for almost two years. I am happy with the quality and thoroughness of their work. Staff that I have interacted with are professional, competent and friendly.

The started bolt on my old Blazer had broken off in the engine block the starter fell from it's position and it would not start the truck. After having it towed to their shop they had to push it into the work area. Then their job was to remove the broken bolt from the motor, a pretty difficult job. Job accomplished! AND it just one day I was back on the road! The Guys never sell me more than I need and do a good job with what I do need. So here is a big thanks to the Boys at Prairie Road Automotive. These folks are the real deal. They are very thorough, and took time to explain what was going on, as well as other options available. I didn't feel pressured at any point, and they provided a diagnostic sheet for me so I knew what else could be done to get my truck back into great shape. I appreciated their communication throughout the process and look forward to going back in the future.

I have had my vehicles serviced by Prairie Road for several years. Everyone there has always been very friendly and professional. They're very accommodating as far as giving you a ride if you need it or letting you know how critical it is to fix or replace something on your car given your budget restraints. These guys are so accommodating ~ my appointment was actually for November 10th, I showed up on November 3rd. Clint didn't even mention to me that I was there a week early, he just processed the paperwork and got my car into the shop for the guys to work on. Later that morning while running errands, I heard a strange sound and called the shop. Clint got me back in right away and fixed they made the repair. My car has over 109,000 miles on it and these guys always provide great service, advice and great conversation ~ I'm sure with them as my car care team my car will last another 109,000 without too many issues popping up. I'm new to Eugene and was worried because I didnt know about any of the auto shops in the area. I was thrilled with the service I got at prarie auto. The whole staff is friendly and even stayed late on Halloween night to finish so I'd have my car for work the next day. Great experience overall!
