Great work done on my old (1994) truck. Very friendly staff, kept me in the loop regarding additional problems. Didn't try to oversell things I didn't need. Great location for me and most of all fair prices. I'll continue taking my vehicle there.

I have received excellent service for several years. They always explain what they have done and alert me to other mechanical problems that I might develop. Their prices are reasonable and the atmosphere in the office is friendly.

I was delighted with my experience at Prairie Road Automotive. It's wonderful to have a shop of this high quality in our area. I brought in an old vehicle to see if it was worth trying to repair to get some more miles on it. Luke didn't try to sell me services that the truck didn't need. In fact he said he wouldn't put any money into the poor old thing. From setting the appointment through follow-up, I was impressed with the professionalism. The shop is clean. There just wasn't anything I could suggest for improvement. And thanks for the popcorn. My old vehicle is now in hospice care, staying close to home.....and Jerry's of course.
