I appreciate that on my last service you prepared me that I would more than likely need new brakes on my next service; however, once inspected during the most recent service work, you relayed that I didn't need them this time. You could have put new brakes on just for the $$$. You didn't because you are reputable and run an ethical business. I thank you for that.
