Used the coupon for an oil change. Explained my preferences and offered to pay for additional oil to run through after the oil had been drained and the plug put in. They did out without extra cost and gave me the full recommended replacement oil as had not been done by the Valvoline people who are you with me as to the minimal amount. Prairie automotive has integrity, does a thorough job and now I can go on my trip with confidence that my equipment is going to function well from the care they gave it.

The crew at Prairie Road Automotive is professional, kind, and on the ball. I appreciate the thoroughness of inspections as well as the record-keeping, so I know what services need to be performed to keep my 2011 Elantra in good shape. Thanks for giving me peace of mind.

Prairie Rd Auto always goes above and beyond with their customer service. They explained each issue in a way that i could understand, and kept me in the loop the entire time my vehicle was in the shop. They always find the best prices and were sure to go over any costs with me before any work was done. It is always and easy, no pressure visit any time I stop by to have them check something out. I have not found a better, more friendly mechanic.

During the recent ice storm my check engine light came on. My truck didn’t want to start a couple of times. I called and asked if they could make time for my truck. They told me they were working with a small staff because of the ice storm. I dropped my truck off and within a couple of days they had fixed my trucks issues. Very professional and friendly people. I will be using them again. Hopefully not too soon though. 😜

I've been getting my car serviced here for several years. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I never feel pressured or like I'm getting ripped off. They also let me know what repairs/maintenance will likely be needed in the future so there are no surprises. This is a first-class operation.
