Although a simple visit for a basic oil change they were very efficient and thorough in completing the task, including inspecting the entire vehicle looking for issues that could become problems later. The entire staff was very friendly and made me feel my business was valued by them. There is no question I will go back and they will become my regular shop for all my automotive needs.

All the work was done correctly the first time and I had time to enjoy a good cup of coffee.

I took my 1999 Toyota Camry to Prairie Road Automotive as my check engine light had come on. I found the people there so friendly and competent. They also checked the car and found a couple of other things they would recommend so I had them take care of them as well. I really appreciate it when a repair place takes the time to check out a vehicle to see if there is something else that may need to be serviced; saves me time. I would recommend Prairie Road Automotive to my friends.

Second visit...different car. Prairie Road did extensive work on my PT Cruiser and kept me posted during the day as to what they were finding. I then had the choice to say stop...I'd better just buy a new car. I've had my car back for about one month, and I am totally pleased. Also, the owner and his employees were all so friendly and helpful.

As always I was pleased with the professional attitude, friendliness, and the short length of time for service. I had a 10 a.m. appt. and was 10 minutes early--my car was immediately put in the bay and service completed by 10:25. All of the check-points were completed, and they don't find something wrong every time I have routine service work done as my former dealership did. My car's performance has been great for the many months I've been having service work done at Prairie Road Automotive.
