I’ve heard Prairie Road Automotive recommended over and over again by tons of people and businesses throughout Eugene/Springfield. I’ve received outstanding service from the front office crew. All of their work performed is beyond superior and they stand behind their service too. Everything is explained in very simplified terms once the problem(s) have been identified. My disabled brother’s older wheelchair lift van had an engine replaced and they searched until they found the correct replacement and it runs better now than the original stock engine. My disabled son, his friend and 2 dogs broke down in their 1988 RV road tripping from Iowa to Seattle. After making several phone calls of rejection due to overbooking Prairie Road accepted the repair job. Not only did they accept the job, they got the job done in a timely manor. Their bill for the entire job was very reasonable. We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of service, communication and billing with Prairie Road. They went above and beyond to help my son get back on the road so he could finish his trip of a lifetime!!!! Thank you Prairie Road for true customer service!!!!!!
