I couldnt be more happy with this particular service we had done to our Car . I ABSOULETLY love my new LED head lights that I had Prairie Road put in my car. The service from Aaron & Caleb was terrific as usual , the guys there are always pleasant and helpful. They went over and beyond !!! We have been taking all of our vehicles to Prarie Road for quite a few years and have always had a great experience. We never know what mechanic is working on our vehicles but we want to say THANK YOU to all of them too, for always doing a good job . So glad my brother Chester recommended Bill at Prarie Road Automotive all those years ago , we have been with them ever since that first time 8 years ago and will continue to take our vehicles there .

My wife and I have used Prairie Road Automotive since we moved to Eugene, over 16 years, ago. Way back then, as we were attempting to find a solid, reputable automotive shop, we heard from a few friends that Prairie had outstanding customer service and that they take great care of your vehicle. We agree! Every time we have taken our respective vehicles in for service, we have received outstanding customer care and have always left Prairie with our concerns addressed and our vehicles back to running smoothly!
