Great service as always !!
I brought the Blazer in to be checked out. They were very thorough and honest about what they found.
This is why we bring our vehicles to them, they are honest and very friendly.
Again I find the customer service excellent and very friendly.
They make dealing with car maintenance as easy as going to the grocery store.
I was looking for a good auto repair shop in Eugene and ask some neighbors and a friend who they used for repairs and they all recommended Prairie Road Automotive so my stepson looked them up on the internet and found out they had a 4 and 1/2 star rating out of 5 possible.....so I took my car in and told Lucas my problems and he diagnoised them and told me what they would do....they had to order a lock for the rear door and took care of my air conditioning problems.....I left the car with them over night and it was finished the next day....I have to return in a week for the lock and follow up on any leaks in the freon they might find....I am real happy with them they have a new customer now...I recommend them highly.
Our Forester broke down when my wife was leaving from work Thursday night. After AAA looked at it they thought it was a bad battery cell and we had it towed to Prairie Road Auto and had it left overnight. The next day they looked into it and found that it was an bad alternator and the battery was fine. Since the alternator was recently replaced they got a new one in and fixed it at no charge to us.
Great job great experience great people
Very thorough and friendly
Excellent service, thank you!
I am happy with the work that was done on the second time I took my jeep in. I have also recommended Prairie Automotive to others including my father Larry Fowler, who has already had his work truck in. And he has an appt. to bring his wife's car in next week. But I would have been much happier and saved a little mulla if your mechanics could have correctly diagnosed and fixed what was wrong with the jeep on the first time I brought it in to be fixed. That said I will use your shop again. Randy Fowler
